A fan of classic Hollywood

Michael is a member of the Academy of Magical Arts, with full privileges to their clubhouse at the Magic Castle in Hollywood. He enjoys hanging out with friends, sharing secrets, sipping champagne, and experiencing the sensation of magical wonder.

He teaches at a College

Magician Michael is one of the longest serving magic teachers in America, with recent classes at MiraCosta College. He taught his first magic class almost 50 years ago in a red barn in San Marcos, California.

A School for Scoundrels Graduate

Michael E. Johnson is a graduate of the School for Scoundrels. He has been known to carry a genuine U.S. $1,000 bill with him, a fact so curious, it elicited a feature article in the San Diego Union Tribune newspaper.
